The beachfront restaurant serves daily from 8:30 am to 9:30 pm. There is an oceanfront pool and a poolside bar on site, and the pool is open from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm.
Is air conditioning available all day?
The room has air conditioning. Under the resort's retreat booking terms, it runs 9pm to 9am as standard, and all-day cooling costs an extra $25 USD. It is worth asking about this when you book, especially for a stay in the warmer, more humid months from June to October.
Which part of Amansala is quieter?
Amansala is made up of two adjoining sections. Amansala Chica is the smaller and quieter one, while Amansala Grande is larger and has the pool. The restaurant also plays DJ sets on weekends, so light sleepers may want to mention a quiet-room preference when booking.
How do I get to Amansala from the airport, and when can I check in?
Tulum International Airport (TQO) is about 45 to 50 minutes from the resort, and Cancun International is about 2 hours away. A round-trip airport transfer can be arranged for a surcharge if you send your arrival details in advance. Check-in starts at 3:00 PM and check-out is at noon. Luggage storage is available before check-in and after check-out.
